Yes, Oasis Plaza, it’s in the Pompano Beach.

I’ve built this plaza and I built it and he was with me from day number one. He did the design, installation, supervision, everything.

He did the whole installation, the design, the air distribution and I am an actually VC engineer also. And I know good work so, it’s been always up to the standard that is the best, I mean it’s up there, so.

Actually the units are still the existing ones right?

Yes, believe me 80% of them are still the same one. And I never had any problem with the air distribution, that’s important, you know, the ventilation and all that and that’s something people sometimes don’t think about but when you go on and you start reading it, you know, when it’s done the right way. It’s all about the design, the initial design, it was done in a perfect way.

So you recommend Jireh Cooler for your place?

Absolutely, absolutely, all the time yes. I have always recommended them to my friends and to my relatives.

I have known Moyses for a long time. It’s natural to me, anybody that servicing me well, and is fair what he does, and reliable, I always keep it. So, he’s serving me for all these years.

So, and here in the warehouse also we have many air conditioning, and he takes care of that. One thing for the AC’s is very important. You always answer the phone; you always have somebody there taking care of our needs here in the warehouse and also at my house. The service is as fast as it can be.

Especially, Murphy’s law, summertime, Everybody has breakdowns. But even on weekends, they have people that can help. Nobody help on the weekend when something is going on.

But besides our relationship, I think business-wise, I like how he treats his customers. And so I recommend whatever he’s doing, and Moyses is a good, honest man. And you say what needs to be done is a matter of trust. And so far, for all these years, we are doing that.

Can you talk a little bit about your company, So Danca?

We have been doing business for almost 42 years. We started in Brazil, came to the US, and have been here for 25 years. And we do basically everything for shoes and garments for dance, anything you can think about it. And today we export to 47 countries.

This is one of the leaders in the dance business. We’re blessed with good partnerships and good employees. And today, we have two factories in the Dominican Republic and another two factories still in Brazil.

You have here a warehouse with a bunch of people working that depends on air conditioning system to be reliable, in order for them to keep working and for your entire operation to be working smoothly?

Yeah. In Florida, any given day is 90 degrees here.

Especially for the computer room, right?

My name is Marcus. I’m the owner of Sousa Tutor. We offer tutoring services for all ages. We do all subjects K through 12. We also offer homeschool services so students who do not want to go to traditional schools can come for us, and we grant them the diploma. We also prepare them for tests like SAT, ACT, PERT, and so on.

I would like to say that I’m very happy to be here with Moyses today. I used to tutor his wife back in the days when she was in college, and it was such a good thing that we got to know each other and became friends. And then here, we have a waiting room for parents where they may wait for their time to be called or to just wait for their kids. And then we have the main tutoring area; as you can see, we even had some extra fans to cause a little bit of relief because of the old AC. But now that we have a brand new unit, we don’t have to worry about that anymore.
